After many years as a club, The Woodlands Area Alumnae Chapter was founded in 2000 to serve alumnae north of Houston in Montgomery County. This encompasses The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery and Willis, as well as many other surrounding small communities. These represent a growing powerhouse of influence in the Arts, Business, Amenities and Natural Surroundings. Local Thetas join together to support our area CASA, the Theta Foundation and our many collegiate Theta sisters from a diverse area that includes small towns, lake communities, growing suburbs and even rural areas in one of the fasted growing counties in America.

Our chapter is open to all Theta Alumnae, especially those living in Montgomery County and bordering Harris County zip codes, whether age 22 or 99. With over 300 Theta Alumnae in our geographical region, we have been looking for you and are so happy you found us!

Our main objectives are friendship, fun and philanthropy. The bonds of sisterhood are constantly strengthened when women of all ages meet each month to celebrate, renew, and form new friendships. We try to have meetings and social gatherings during the day and night, as well as during the week and on weekends, to accommodate our varying schedules.
